Caroline Donnellan manages the Remote Control project of the Network for Social Change. The project, hosted by Oxford Research Group and affiliated with its Sustainable Security programme, challenges the new ways of modern warfare, including unmanned aerial vehicles, security companies, special forces, cyber warfare and surveillance.
