Jérémie Zimmermann is a co-founder of La Quadrature du Net, a French organization defending citizen's liberties online and fostering democratic participation. Spokesperson and coordinator of the organization for 6 years, he decided to step aside in order to develop new projects related to privacy and fundamental rights. Zimmermann co-authored “Cypherpunks: Freedom and the Future of the Internet” together with Julian Assange, Jacob Appelbaum and Andy Müller-Maguhn. @jerezim
