Nevena Borisova is a freelance journalist based in Bulgaria. She has been a scholar of Thomson Reuters Foundation. She is also a writer and member of PEN International. Her poetry book "Slow portraits" won a national prize, one of the biggest awards in her country. Her second book "Time Duration" was published in 2016. Currently she works for the Bulgarian online newspaper E-vestnik.bg, contributing to various international media outlets.
