Sylvaine Bulle,  sociologist at Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (Paris) and Centre de la Recherche Scientifique (Jerusalem) specializes on the Middle East and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  She has written widely on questions of justice, critical theory , and the political anthropology of war, and is now working on the new waves of contestation in Israel as well in the Palestinian Territories.
